Okay, i know this post is long overdue. It has been a month since I last posted. But hey, my promotional exams are just round the corner and I have to take some time off the com to study right?

Okay first and foremost, my exams. The papers were generally okay. I have to admit I was a little shock that the standard of the maths paper was lowered whereas they pitched the chemistry paper at a higher standard. Other than that , the rest of the papers were the same. Optimistic that i can pass but scoring is another story. Okay, hope i am not too over-confident.

Football: AHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My Czech Republic is on the verge of not making it to the world cup 2010. Not even the play offs as slovenia beat slovakia this morning and since slovenia's next match is against san marino, you could kind of guess who will win. CRAP! On the other hand, my precious France make it to the play offs. Although that does not mean they will definitely qualify, at least they have their fate in their own hands. AHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

4 OCTOBER 2009: Happy Birthday Tomas Rosicky. Turning 29 this year and he started his first home game since the horrific injury he had in January 2008 (: In addition, Thierry Henry came to the emirates stadium for that game. AHHHHHH! Need to vent my frustrations after that horrendous match against United. Not that Arsenal played really bad but i hate the decisions made my the referee. He should be ban!

Monday: Teacher's day celebrations. Reached school early to pent my messages on the teacher's day card. There were many distractions while writing and guess what? I wasn't in the class line when the national anthem was sung. Like oma the first time i was "late" for assembly. Actually three-quarters of the class were still in class at that time. After that, we had ACES day workout and as usual, nobody is doing anything until Mr Chua came to scold the whole cohort and things improve. Oh but i did clap so some kind of workout is being done i guess. Haha.The concert was quite interesting compared to other concerts i have been. But the most important thing was school releases us at ten(:

Went back to HS. Met Danial on the way before reaching the school hall to watch the boring concert. The only excited came when the vice-principal unveiled the change of school uniforms. Eager to see what it was. Chat with my secondary school friends before meeting some of the teachers who fortunately, still remember who I am.

Tuesday: Stuck at home all day to do the stupid OP.

Wednesday: Celtic 0-2 Arsenal was the first thing i saw when i woke up early in the morning. Felt guilty for not watching the whole match though. But nothetheless, they won (:

Thursday: Had games for civics today and it was so fun. Hardly do we have time to relax during school hours. Oh and i contributed to our class vision: To wow others by working hard and playing even harder.

Friday: Had a time-practice case study for econs on labour market. It was really tough and i didn't have time to finish the paper. My hands were bascially aching after writing so much so quickly. Guess i haven't had written that fast for a long time.

National day holiday (: Glad that there was a holiday but i still had a pile of work that needs to be done ): Arrgh.

Saturday( two weeks ago):Hey people i bought a new laptop. My very own! Haha. Thrilled and i am like so addicted to it. Everyday its been staring at me telling me to ditch my homework. Have lots of files to transfer though. So time consuming.

Last Saturday: Had a great chat with Denise. Lots of catching up to do as i haven't even text her since july. Okay it may only seem like a month but we use to chat often. Same with adeline too. Didn't saw her passing by until she tap my shoulder at hougang point. Seriously miss my old school days.

Oh before i end off, i forgot to wish Van Persie Happy Birthday on the 6th of August. Officially turning 26th. Wishing him all the best and looking forward to the start of the premier league (:

AHHHH people, I FAILED my maths. So devastating considering it USED to be one of my forte. Seriously HATE myself and the FORMULA SHEET. AHHHHH! As for the rest of the subjects, I did generally okay. Enough to get promoted to JC2 for now. Have to work really hard for my promotional exams as it is worth a massive 85%.
Went to Tampines on saturday to watch Harry Potter. It is definitely better than the fifth series which was so boring. I can still remember complaining to charmian and adeline after watching that movie. The sixth edition allows me to better comprehend the story and i look forward to the seven edition. After the movie, I went Tampines 1. A mall which I have never been before and I cannot believe it myself considering being a shopping enthusiast. Bought shorts from topshop before heading home at 6.

Exams are finally over(: Relief yet nervous about the results. The hardest paper for me was maths. I was really angry with myself for tearing out the formula page at the back as i forgot there were 2 questions there. Virtually seeing 20marks flying away when you know how to do at least half of them was devastating. It teaches me not to repeat the same mistakes again. Hopefully my marks will not be so bad but i doubt so. Aiming high for everything. As for chinese, i totally didn't understand the passage and was bascially filing in anything hoping it makes sense. Bewildered was the word to describe for econs as i suddenly couldn't differentiate rise and fall. Lastly, chemistry was rushing and i hate drawing for chem bonding. Exams aside, there was arts fiesta on friday. Had really high expectations about the event but i ended up in disappointment. The hall was warm and the environment was not conducive. I don't even know who the GOH was. But at least i got my 3 prizes (:

Ahhh. On mc today as i had running nose. Hopefully i would be able to go to school tomorrow.

Went out with Jocelyn to marina square today. Had swensen's 1-for-1 lunch where I ate salmon. It was delicious and the price was worth it considering the second main course was free. The only negative was the queue was long and we had to wait almost half an hour for our food. But it was kind of expected as the deal was simply irrestible for many. After that, we went to watch transformers. As i expected, the movie was fantastic given the positive comments editors give. Roamed around the shopping mall before heading home for dinner. A day pass so fast and it is the third last day of the holidays already. Sighs, my mid-year common test are coming and i have got to start studying if i want to do well. Okay people start wishing me luck (:

Oma its the third week of the holidays already. How fast time flies. Two more weeks till school reopens.

4th june- Went shopping with denise at orchard. Really sad that the GSS for some stores were over as there are things i would love to buy if the sale was still on. Okay maybe this is a signal for me to spend money wisely as i was scrimping during the school days. At least my wallet doesn't have a hole so far.

8 and 9th june- Had to go back to school for supplementary lessons. Maths was on the 8th followed by biology and chemistry on the 9th. Chemistry's lesson was enriching as the lecturer gave us useful tips for the upcoming mid-year common test. Ahhh, i hate test.

10 june- There was biology supplementary lesson in the morning followed by interact day after that. Thrilled that charmian came as i haven't seen her for ages. Oh btw, she is suppose to come my house for cip. Haha.

13 June- Woke up at 6am as i had flag day in the morning. Jacqueline and I were taking a gamble as we were not sure of the venue. Fortunately, our efforts paid off as we went to the right destination. Imagine going all the way there and there is no flag day. I will be whining all the way. Went to my cousin's wedding dinner at night. The place was lovely and the food is different. There wasn't the usual fried noodles or rice at the end. Instead, they gave soup which was more appetising as everyone would be too full to consume any more carbs. The first dish also had a mix of japanese food which i enjoy. Headed home at eleven (:

Oma Arsene Wenger came to Changi Airport and i didn't know. And he stayed in Singapore for a night! Should have listen to Adeline and camp in changi airport. Seeing all the supporters getting Wenger's signature in the newspapers is making me green with envy.

Okay i haven't post for ages so i shall give an update of what has happened.

20 May- Probably one of the best school days of my life as i went shopping at raffles city after my cca has ended. Its not like i am so free to go shopping or something but my mom has vounchers which will expire if i don't use them by the end of the day. Being a shopperholic, squandering them is prohibited. Bought a couple of items although i felt it was a bit of impulse buying because i don't really need them. But hey, you cannot possibly complain if you are getting something for free right?

29 May- Last day of school as the holiday awaits me. Its like i am so relieved the holidays are about to arrive as it is the only time i get to chill. The only sad news is that both my ST and biology tutors are leaving. Imagine had my gp tutor not decided to stay till the end of the year, i will have a triple whammy. So not expectig that.

30 May- College day is here! Reached school at about 12.45 where supposedly, the school was supposed to provide us with lunch. However, they forgot to order and in the end, my SD tutor bought us macdonalds instead. The GOH arrived at three and before that, my SD tutor told us anecdotes of his childhood which was hilarious. I really had a great time helping out at college day. At night, it was my dad's best friend mom's birthday where she use to look after my dad when he was young. We were invited to this posh resturant and conrad hotel and yes, i peaked at the bill and it cost a bomb. The table was lavishly decorated and it was held in a private room, something i could not afford for my birthday. Of course the the meal was sumptuous except it was chinese cuisine, not really my prefered choice.

Arrgh! Wednesday, one of the most terrible days of my life and you should know why. Its like i don't even want to talk about it. Lets move on to the rest of the week. Had college day reheasal on friday as my teacher volunteered my class to help out. We were supposed to be the backstage crew such as bringing in the chairs etc and guess what is my role? Drumroll please........................................... managing the curtains. Its like i feel like lauging at myself. Bascially, all i have to do is to open and close the side curtains when the performers enter or leave the stage and make sure the curtains are parallel to the beam (i.e so that the audience will not be able to see people behind the curtains.) Nevertheless, it was fun as time flew by. I didn't know planning a college day performance would take up so much time. It was only after eight thirty when everything was completed.
Went bishan today and guess who i met? Jocelyn! Haven't seen her for ages and i talk to her for almost an hour outside macdonalds. Okay, off to do my gpp again. PS: Project work is taking up so much of my time.

Okay people have been asking me to update. Lets see what events have i got. Went shopping with my mom last saturday. There were many things we had to buy. Initially, i wanted to buy a new quilt cover but they ran out of stock for single size ): In the end, i just bought some toilettries. On the other hand, my mom bought many items so we ended up taking a cab home.

Ajc held their inaugural sports carnival on thursday. It is something like sports day but with a twist. Lessons were shorten by 5 minutes as the carnival starts at two. Three days before the event, everyone had to sign up to play a sport such as bouldering, badminton etc where you will participate on the actual day. This means everyone has a chance to earn points for their respective houses. I was allocated to lazerquest which is which is something like the shooting game you play in the arcade except it is in person. It was really fun as i went around shooting people with the lazer gun and of course, dying numerous times. Although my team lost, i really enjoyed myself. After that, we had the 4 by 100m relay race and other events before ending off with the cheerleading display. On my way home, i met Jolene and Hong Rui on the bus. Haven't seen them for ages so we had a really great chat(:

Arsenal crash out of he FA cup semi-finals yesterday. I haven felt this sad for such a long time as Arsenal has been firing on all cylinders lately. Fabianski made blunders which i found unfortunate considering it was his birthday. Oma I can only look forward to the champions league now as their source of silverware. Cannot imagine another year without it as it has been three dreadful years, something which has never happen in Arsene's wenger era.

Love this week as i only get to study for three days. Firstly, monday was a school holiday as we had family day the day before in conjunction with our school's 25th anniversary. The school made family day compulsory for everyone to participate in making monday a holiday to reward us for our hard work. As this was my first time going to a carnival organised by schools, i thought it was fun. Just that i heard Saint nicholas one was way larger in terms of the scale. Secondly was of course the good friday. Didn't do anything special except talking to denise on the phone. Dreading next week as i have two test coming up ): Wish me luck people.

This week has been kind of fun other than the fact that school has reopen. Went to the science center on wednesday for some virus and genome exhibition. I was reluctant to go at first as i thought it would be boring but i'm glad i did. It was intriguing to explore the exhibits there especially since my bio rep forgot to take the worksheets, we practically don't have to do any work. On thursday, we had our festival of life workshop where jac and I signed up for adobe photoshop. Practically, we spend our time sitting in the air-conditioned room doing 'plastic surgery' to our photos. And the fact that we get to leave school at twelve plus was a bonus to me.
Had our resilience workshop on friday at Sembawang. I was suppose to meet my class at some block near the mrt but my dad couldn't find it. We were bascially driving around the area in circles confused. In the end, i met my class directly at the camp site as i was late. The workshop was fun. I love the high element challenge where i get to fall from a particular height. It isn't something i get to do often and i love the excitement of it. The hardest part was the belaying as i had difficulty pulling the ropes. Fortunately, the instructor assisted me along the way or my classmate would be in peril. Oh and did i mention i got a little sunburn? Its like many people loathe it but i hardly get tan so I was elated. Okay thats all for this post.

Its the holidays this week. Had a class bbq last sunday. It was great to catch up with adeline, jocelyn, charmian and co. Haven met them for such a long time and i miss all the times where we would just crap around. Well mainly just me rather but they would tag along. Went for my dental cleaning on monday and i was surprise to meet samantha on the mrt. Its been ages since i last talk to her. She alighted one stop after i board so we didn't really talk but we caught up via msn.Hmm.. denise came to my house on tuesday, had interact on wednesday., went out with my mom on thursday. It seems today is the only day where i stayed at home. Well only for the afternoon because i'm going out later. Okay i am like so screwed. Haven find enough photos that interact club ask for yet. Help?

Long time since i have last updated due to my busy schedule. Well, lectures and tutorials have started and its taking a toll on me. There are like numerous tutorials to complete and i hardly have any leisure time. Not to mention, 'A' level concepts are much harder to grasp compared to the 'O' levels. I have to spend a lot of time just to solve a question. Oh well, they say this is the typical jc life where i see mugglers all around. Oh ya did i mention how tough pe was? Having not run for like half a year and to suddenly run so 8 rounds was gruelling. Plus there was push ups and crunches etc. But it is getting better now compared to the first pe lesson held last week.

Okay besides school, there is my Arsenal where they won on wednesday. I was thrilled by the result and because of aston villa's draw and subsequent lost, Arsenal are now three points behind them where they could be able land fourth spot. I was so relieve as i cannot imagine Arsenal not going to the champions league next season. All i hope is for Arsenal to win all the remaining matches and for aston villa to drop more points. Okay off to save money as i heard liverpool may be coming to singapore for a football match(:

School: Its the start of my orientation week. I have to admit i was really anxious at first as i was about to know who my classmates are for the next 2 years. Nobody i know are in the same class as me so the feeling was scary yet exciting. The orientation comprises of mostly games and dance as we get to interact with our new classmates. Luckily, my og have people who are hype up so it really
makes the orientation fun. The best part of the orientation was at the finale where our class all went high as we celebrate. We also had an og dinner at mac after that where we re intro ourselves. I really had a great time and i hope i will enjoy my 2 years in ajc.

Outside school: My uncle treated my cousin and i dinner on wednesday and oh how much i love it although it is italian cuisine. Well, partly because i requested for pasta. It like oma the food are so delicious and it was the first time i ate fresh pasta. As in pasta handmade on the spot. The taste is so exquisite and i really have to thank my uncle for that meal. Until now i still remember the freshness of the prawns etc. Okay its making me drool. Other than that, i visited the dentist to tighten my retainers today. It has been three months since i last been there and i kind of miss the place already. Hmm..intro lecture is starting next week and oh how much i dread it.

Monday: First day of my jc life. Woke up ealy in the morning as i have to take public transport. Guess i am not use to it as i have been either walking or taking school bus since nursery. I have to admit it felt wired when i step into ajc. Probably its because i am not use to the environment and also because i am being surronded by geniuses. There were talks by the principal and various subjects hods. The principal seem kind of strict btw. After school, jac and i went to buy uniforms. As expected, there was a bee line. Oma i hate waiting.

Rest of the week: As it is matriculation week, it consist of intro lectures. My favourite was during those subjects where i need not attend as i did not sign up for them. Other than that, there was a cca carnival. Oh i hate the part where i have to que up to buy pe attire. Ya queing again. It seems like you have to que for almost everything. Pratically, i waited for almost 2 hours till my leg aches.

Saturday: Weekends is here (: Everybody says to enjoy your first month in jc before it gets to hectic. So as usual, i have to do some shopping to lighten up my spirits. Besides that, i have finally read finish breaking dawn!!!! Oma i am so proud of myself for finishing the collection. My very first one. Hmm.. orientation week is next week. Hopefully my class will be fun because its going to last for 2 years.

Arsenal: Arshavin has arrive . I don't know why but i adore him already. Especially during his interview where he said was willing to lower his salary to join arsenal and help him them silverwares. Oma. Cannot wait for his performance(:

Wednesday: Went for a 3 days cruise with my family and guess what. I met li qin. It was such a coincidence and i spent a lot of time hanging out with her talking. Meeting friends on a holiday certainly made it more lively. Other than that, the rest of the time was spent on eating and sleeping. Kind of what a pig does but the trip was fun:)

Friday: When i reached singapore, i met up with jocelyn, joanne, stella, adeline, charmian and cindy at vivo to watch bride wars. The storyline's okay but i love liv's character although i find it hard to explain why. After the movie, we went to eat pastamania before heading home. Along the way, i felt kind of sad that all my friends are going to sperate schools. I have known them so well and have always been hanging out with them etc. I will definitely miss all those days we had spent together and i hope we will still keep in contact.
Btw i am currently having a sore throat which is so irritating. My mom says it maybe because i ate too many new year goodies. But hey, cny only happens once a year so enjoy it while you can.

Home sweet home were the first three words i spoke as i step into my house yesterday. I really enjoyed the trip except for the occasional rains which was quite unique as this was the first time i experieced rain in a winter country. Taiwan is bascially a food paradise. Almost everywhere along the streets i could see small stalls selling snacks. Seriously i could never get hungry so long as i have money. Some of the food couldn't be found in singapore so in order to taste them, i have to keep eating. But at least the food was tasty. Accomodation wise, the hotels were great especially the one in kenting as the room was huge with numerous facilities around. Did i mention there was like an indoor wild wild wet there? Like oma. I bought many souveniors. The clothes there were cheap.However, most of them were winter clothing which is not quite useful for me considering singapore is hot all year round. Maybe, its a good thing so that i will not overspend.

So fast and january has arrived. Soon, schools going to reopen and i haven relax enough yet. Ahhhh. I am hoping time past by slower or something.

Wednesday: Its christmas eve today and my group of friends were suppose to meet at joanne's house for a christmas eve party. At 6.10, cindy, adeline and i met to collect the sushi before cindy's father offered to drive us there. Everyone arrive at around 6.40 as we tucked in at about 7. The meal was delicious as there was pasta, sushi, hotdogs etc etc. I could bascially see myself drooling over the mouth-watering meal. Fortunately, no one noticed my face or i will be so embarassed. After dinner, i went to joanne's room and saw she had the book twilight. Everyone seemed to be addicted to the story. About how fascinating and intriguing it was that it made me decide to pick it up and read it myself. I have to admit i had doubts at first. Whether i would continue to read the rest of the book or chuck it one side after reading just the first few lines. Partially due to my loathe for reading. But this time, it was different. In fact i was so engrossed in the book i even borrowed it home to read it which was wierd i guess? Okay enough about twilight. We exchage presents at around ten and i got jacqueline's one which is an eyeore and a plaster. It was quite interesting but i love it. Overall, i had a whale of a time. Its just sad the day past so fast.

Thursday: Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way.... Christmas has finally arrived, my favourite festive season of the year. As usual, my parents and i headed to my aunt's house for lunch. I always look forward to christmas. Its usually the time where everyone share their joys and laughter as we exchange presents and enjoy a sumptuous meal together. It all felt so heart-warming and it was a great day.

I will be going to taiwan on monday so there will be no post till i'm back (:

Saturday: Went to sentosa with priscilla and it was really fun. First, we went to sit the 4d magix followed by cineblast. Despite the long que, i enjoyed both rides a lot. I just wish they could combine both rides together to make it more thrilling. After that, we went to sit the luge and skyride. The sun was setting by then so the view was amazing as i could see the lightings of sentosa. Everything ended at around eight before going for dinner and heading home.

Sunday: As part of the pre-birthday celebration for my dad, we had swensens for dinner. As usual, i ate my chicken mushroom spagetti and it was delicious.

Monday: Oma finally this day has arrive. Firstly, it was my dad's birthday. Happy brithday daddy! Secondly, i was going to watch twilight with my group of friends. More info on adeline's blog as i am too lazy to post about it. All i could say is the movie was fantastic? At night, we cut the cake and i slept at around 2. That day was both fun and enjoyable:)

Saturday: Headed to orchard with my mom to do some christmas shopping and it was so crowded. Bascially you could see everyone walking around carrying a handful of plastic bags and still shopping. I bought a lot of stuff and in the end, my mom opted to take a cab home as the bags were just too heavy.

Tuesday: Woke up at ten to go to orchard road. Okay i know you people will say like again but this time, i went with my father's friend. She flew over to singapore last week and is staying here for a month. As she needed to do some christmas shopping, i decided to entertain her. First up, we went to takashimaya to buy a board game. She needed to buy some books too so we went to kinokuniya and guess what, I saw nikki and jermaine. It was so long since i last met them so we had a long chat. Later, the three of us met li qin and julia at the same place. Is like i cannot believe it as it was such a coincidence. I had a great time standing and talking before going home at around six.

Wednesday: Had a lot of food for breakfast as i couldn't control myself. The food taste so good. Not to mention, there is my favourite bread. Okay currently talking to adeline so shall stop here.

Friday: My long awaited trip to malaysia has arrived. Woke up at three in the morning before heading out at five. We rented a mini van for four days as there were twelve people. First up, we headed to kuala lumpur. The journey took four hours and i basically slept throughout. As usual, the first thing we did was to shop as malaysia is currently having sales all over the place. Just like the great singapore sales or something. After that, we check in at the hotel before heading for dinner and more shopping (:

Saturday: We proceed to Ipoh in the afternoon and the journey took another gruelling four hours due to the jam and everything. By the time we arrived, everyone was exhausted so we didn't do a lot of things.

Sunday: Toured around Ipoh as i have not been there before. We also went to explore a limestone cave where you have to climb up a flight of stairs. The stairs was a bit steep so i was glad nobody slipped or anything. I love the panoramic view at the top and it was also breezy. After lunch, we went shopping again.

Monday: After breakfast, we went to a nearby provision shop to buy some local delicacy. We left Ipoh at around two. Due to the jam, i reached home at one the next morning. Overall, i enjoyed myself except the fact that i kept binge eating which is suppose to be bad.

Went to sit the singapore flyer with my family yesterday and i had a great time. We sat at around 6.25. Actually, we wanted to see the sunset but it rained in the afternoon so it kind of spoil the plan. I just wish the flyer would go higher then the original 165m. Later that night, we went to the m1 shop at paragon to change handphone. I really wanted the coral red colour but if i choose the white front, the cover behind doesn't come with the red one which was a pity. Nevertheless, i still love the phone. Everything was completed at 8.30 before heading down to swensens for dinner where i ate sphagetti. Later that night was chelsea versus Arsenal and i was elated by what i saw. Being a goal down, Arsenal showed character and with the help of Van persie, Arsenal won 2-1. I am just so thrilled by the result and now, Arsenal are back in the top 4 (:

'O' levels has finally ended. Okay it happened a week ago but i did not have time to use the computer till today. After the biology paper, our class had a chalet. Reached there at around five. As i have not been there before, i got lost along the way. Luckily, i have helpful friends who came and fetch me to my destination. After the buffet, we went to watch madagascar 2 before heading for home as i had a dental appointment the next day. Suppose to go for the barbecue after my dental appointment but i wasn't feeling well. It was a pity but i am glad i was able make it for the first day at least.

Saturday:My shopping day has finally arrived as i craved for it for weeks. It felt so great to be able to shop and see the latest trends in store. Had soup spoon for lunch and i love it. Unfortunately, i couldn't remember the name of the soup i drank. Overall, i bought a pair of shades and some magazines.

Sunday: Went to compass point and i ate subway. I don't know why but lately, my fav for bread is increasing by the day. People usually have rice or noodles for dinner but i prefer bread. Maybe, i should learn to control myself or something but i got a feeling it will fail as the sight of bread is just too tempting.

Monday: Woke up at twelve and i couldn't believe i slept for so long. It was a long time since i woke up that late. At first, i even had doubts that the clock was spoilt. I suppose it was due to the rain which caused me to sleep so soundly. Had a three hour chat with denise in the afternoon as we gossip about almost everything. It was a long time since we last chat and we had a lot of catching up to do. Hope to meet her soon.

Have a wedding dinner tonight and jocelyn has one too. Its like so coincidence. Maybe today is a good day so hopefully, Arsenal will beat manchester united later today which unfortunately, i am unable to watch. Despite that, i have a helpful teammate who will text me on all the latest happenings. Just hoping there will not be a sudden scream while everyone's indulging in their food.

Speaking of the 'o' levels, all the papers were bascially okay with the exception of physics. They ask a question like what is the size of an atom and how am i suppose to know. I wrote crap in the end. Still hoping to get a good grade though. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Went for my dental appointment today. The dentist told me that i might be able to takeout my braces in the next visit but there was no guarantee. Thus, i change my braces colour to red as it maybe the last time wearing it. Later, my mom brought me shopping as we bought yoghurt from yoguru. Happy birthday to Thierry as he turns 31 today. Thrilled as not just is it Thierry's birthday but Arsenal won their opening fixture yesterday. All thanks to samir who scored on his debut in the premier league. Like can you believe it? Not many people have done that. In fact, i don't even know any if there is. Other than that, my english oral exam was held on tuesday and the topic was on the elderly. I was quite disappointed with my reading as it was not as fluent as expected. As for my chinese o level results, i have made the decision not to retake it and focus on my other subjects. Hopefully, it will pay off.

Went to watch journey to the centre of the earth with my parents yesterday. Decided to watch it as it was my literature book when i was in primary six. As i didn't read the book due to my loathe for reading, watching the movie would be a better option instead. Generally the movie was not bad except i find it a little short. They could have extended some parts to make it more interesting. Nevertheless i enjoyed myself. There's school tomorrow and it is the day of the chinese 'o' level results and english oral examinations. Wish me luck!

Monday: Had a great time as adeline, jovina, jocelyn and i went to the national stadium along with jovina's friends to see brazil take on singapore. As the bus came late, we had to rush there. Ate subway and fell in love with tuna. It was kind of surprising assuming how much i hated it till now. The match was not as exciting as i expected but overall, i was just kind of sad it ended so soon.

Besides what happen on monday, the rest of the days were spent doing homework. Another good news was passing my physical fitness test. It was like finally as i was worried i would continue to fail the shuttle run section. But nonetheless, i passed with the support of my classmates and would like to thank them.

Friday: Heard a great news early in the morning courtesy of adeline that there would be a brazil training seesion opened to public. Immediately, i phoned my mom as i wanted to go. During school hours, there were common tests. Cme was okay but the english paper was hard. Basically, i didn't have time to complete the paper as i finished writing my summary on the dot with three vocabulary questions blanked. Screwed! Rushed home after school before adeline, jocelyn and i headed to the national stadium. There was a two hour delay for the session resulting in the missing of my tuition. Despite that, i enjoyed my day as i catch a glimpse of the brazilian superstars. Oh and the best part was, I touched anderson's boots! Imagine me touching a manchester united player's boots? I was so tempted not to wash my hands after that. Reached home around nine and was exhausted.

8 july 2008: Officially turning sixteen. The first thing i did to celebrate was waking up early in the morning to cut my birthday cake.It was delicious as the flavour is something unique.Well, not really that unique as it is chocolate and strawberry but i haven tasted it before. Went to school later where i received birthday presents and wishes. Really enjoyed my time despite it being school hours. After school, i went out with my mom. Ate swensens and because it was my actual birthday day, there was free ice cream. Overall, i enjoyed myself and i would like to thank everyone involved for making my 16th birthday a joyous one.

11 july 2008: Had breakfast at bishan with my mom and her ex-colleague. As we have met before, communicating with her was not a problem. She's very friendly and we share a lot in common. Went for my dental appointment later followed by shopping at orchard.

Finally! After weeks of revampting my room, it is now complete. Everything seems more organise and neat and i couldn't believe it . Maybe i am used to having a messy room where one could find books and papers all over the floor. Oh and in addition, there are new items just for tomorrow. First of all, i hava a new quilt and bedsheets. Secondly, the door sign has been changed. Wanted to change it months ago but didn't have the time to do so. Thirdly, new toiletries. Oma thrilled as spain won the euro 2008. Okay i know it happened a week ago but due to my laziness, i was only able to post about it today. Cesc was voted in the team of the tournament and it was a great achievement for him considering the disappointing season he had with arsenal.

Woke up early in the morning today for a swim. It has been ages since i last swam so i didn't really spent a long time in the pool. In comparison to six months ago where i awaited for the championships with great enthusiasm, it seemed to fade as time passes by. France against romania- Disappointed when the game ended in a stalemate as i wanted france to get all three points. But i believe they will bounce back and from there on, progress to the quater-finals. Hope that Henry will be fit by then.

Netherlands vs italy-Thrilled as the dutch beat the world champions 3-0. Their play was pleasing on the eye and the man who stands out was sneijder who scored a wonderful volley. The goal was from such an acute angle that to me, it resembles vas basten's winning goal in the euro 88 finals. Not to mention, it was his birthday and what a way to celebrate it. Hereby wishing him a happy belated 24th brithday. Van der sar also made some world class saves to help maintain the lead. With such flair and talent, there is only one word to describe them, magnificent.

Spain vs russia- Another great match as spain beat russia 4-1 with cesc scoring his first international goal with his head. Not that scoring headers are unique or anything but he seldoms or maybe even never score a header before. Villa scored a hat-trick with the help of torres and their partnership is simply amazing. Speed is definitely in their bag and with their squad full of both talent and experience, who knows what the future lies ahead of them.

Euro 2008 started yesterday. After numerous days of waiting, it has finally arrived and i was elated. It was a dream start as the Czech Republic cruise to a 1-0 victory. Okay i have to admit they were a little lucky with that goal. But winning is all that matters right? In a good way of course. Now i am focusing on group c where i have faith both France and Netherlands will triumph. Keeping my fingers crossed for them.

Long time since i last posted. Many things have happened recently but due to my laziness, i will just give a brief summary. Had my chinese "o" levels last monday. Paper 2 was okay but paper 1 was a little hard as my chinese standard isn't that good. Went out with denise to watch made of honour on thursday and did a little shopping. Trimmed my hair on saturday. It is not obvious as i want to keep it long. After that, went to watch narnia with my mom. Its kind of like deja vu because before that, i thought something unlucky might happen as while watching the previous sequel, my contact lens drop out. This time, i spilled coffee without even drinking it. Like oma and it cost me $6. Then on my way home, the taxi broke down which means we have to take another cab wasting more money. Crap.

Sunday: Went to collect my spectacles as there was a little breakage. Its like finally because life without my spectacles is horrible. Imagine missing all the international friendlies which i am unable to watch. Fortunately, my countries either won or draw. Oh and henry captained the france squad. Thrilled as this was the first time i saw him captaining. Also, he is at his 99th cap. One more to a century which not many people can reach that. Cannot wait for that to happen and it might just be tomorrow.

Went to watch what happens in vegas on career's day with my group of friends. Okay it may seem like a long time ago but i haven't been free to post lately. The show was funny but the story line was kind of expected. Just felt a little sad that the day passed so fast.

Had a terrible day on friday as i basically screw up my chemistry spa. Not only did i broke the measuring cylinder but i calculated wrongly. Like can you believe it? We ARE allowed to use calculators and somehow just somehow, i was careless. Felt miserable afterwards but thought of a line someone once said to me: there are many setbacks in life, but what is important is to not let it block your road to success. Quite inspiring?

Vesak day is tomorrow and i'm so glad as there is another day for me to chill. Had numerous homework for the holidays and looking at it just makes you dizzy.

Arsenal won derby 2-6 and as thrilled as i was, i didn't managed to watch the match as i overslept.But i felt happy anyway.On top of that, Cesc won the pfa young player of the year award after finishing second and third respectively in the last two years. Finally its his turn. Plus four Arsenal players named in the pfa team of the year, it certainly puts the icing on the cake. Can't wait to watch their next match.

Going to gain weight as i ate milo mcflurry today. The weather was really warm recently so i needed to cool myself down with something refreshing. It taste nice and there were 7 milo nuggets in it. Hmm.... going to ikea tomorrow to buy new chairs. Hopefully i can get the colours i want and also to eat their food. Especially their beef balls which i adore. Sa1 is almost over with the exception of chinese where not much studying will be involve for me.To me, chemistry paper was the hardest. But a maths paper 1 and social studies made me feel like crap as i could have done better had i read the question properly.Not in the mood to discuss in further details.Had lunch with adeline and charmian after physics spa today as we "celebrate" the "end" of sa1.Went to hougang mall as i haven been there for ages.Later, we went to compass point followed by avenue 8 as adeline and i bought cards.Thrilled when i realise that i got cesc man of the match as i phoned adeline only to realise that my file was still with her.Ironic.

Arsenal excelled in the match against reading as they played beautifully.Was really pleased after that and hope they will continue to play like this and finish the season on a high. Off to terminal 3 in approximately 4 hours time.

Intoxicated as Arsenal cameback from being two goals down to win 2-3.And the fact that they did it with ten men tells me a lot about their hunger and believe they have to fight all the way.After waiting for six long years the boogey team has finally been beaten at the reebok. Oh ya prior to the previous post where i mentioned that nothing interesting happen, i forgot to post about international friendlies where once again, there were positive results for three of the four matches.Lets start with France where they beat england 1-0. Spain beating the world champions 1-0.And Netherlands did me so proud by making a remarkable come back to win 4-3 after being 3-0 down thanks to huntelaar. The only set back was perhaps Czech republic's draw.But it didn't really dampen my mood that much as at least they didn't lose.There's school tomorrow.Tired will be what i'm feeling.

Frustrated as Arsenal draw againist middlesbrough for a few reasons.Firstly,clichy got stretched off with a bleeding head.Like can you believe it?This is the second time an Arsenal player have been stretched off in a month.Hope that his injury is not serious.Secondly,the referee blew the final whistle when it should have been Arsenal's final corner as they push for a winning goal.And the worst part is, Arsenal had an onside goal ruled offside and the referee was in a good position to see it.Oma.Just hope next week will be better.

As the finale whistle blew, i cried in tears of joy as Arsenal equalised seconds before the end. Always had i wondered why people cry for joy and for the first time, i know how it was like. Friday: Off to my well-awaited holiday as i have not been on cruise for a year.As expected,i ate a lot during dinner.But the thing was i also ate supper which means my belly will start to protrude out as i bascially slept after that.
Saturday:Woke up at eight to eat a heavy breakfast followed by lunch 3 hours later.Went to buy cindy's birthday present in the afternoon before going for a barbeque dinner at night.The interesting or rather unfortunate thing that happen was losing my handphone and room key card.Panicked, i started seraching the neaby area.Fortunately for me, a kind person found it and return it to me.I thanked him profusely and left.Okay i felt quite stupid after that but at the same time,blessed that there are such nice people around.Watch the golden compass again at midnight as i await for the my arsenal results.
Sunday:Awaken by the message tone,i took look at my phone.To my horror, the text message wrote man united 4-0 ARSENAL.I was furious and inconsolable at that time.Determined to know the reason, i phoned adeline once the ship reached singapore.Oh ya another unfortunate thing happened.I forget to bring home my octopus which makes my day even worse.But overall, i enjoy the holiday expect the fact that i will put on weight.This post is already summarised.However,i still find it long.

Wednesday:Devastated, tormented and inconsolable were the words to described me as i experienced my first derby defeat.Having not tasted any derby defeats since watching football when i was ten, it certainly hurts.Just hope that the players can forget what happened and carry on with their winning ways.Also, may this derby defeat be the last.

School's going to reopen soon.That is like the worst thing that can happen as i have to wake up early in the morning.And trust me, i am not a morning person.Went for a christmas party on monday eve and a christmas lunch on the day itself. Can this week get any better? It certainly was one of the best weeks of me life. Other than the events i have wrote in the previous post, Arsenal did me really proud by beating chelsea 1-0 to go top of the barclays premier league.And today morning, they made it through to carling cup semi final with 10 men. It just shows how much mental strength and determination they have.The carling cup match was one of the most exciting matches i have ever watch and i am really happy.On top of that,i found rosicky's official website after it had been open for approximately 11 months.Realised how dumb i was when i was searching through fan sites and not knowing it. Despite that,I'm still glad i found it.Went to watch alvin and the chipmunks on tuesday and it was funny.

Finally, i know the actual prounciation of rosicky's name. It took me years as i ponder everytime if i pronounce it correctly. And for fyi, i have actually said it wrongly all this while.Also, Arsenal bounce back to beat steau 2-1.I was really happy for them and it certainly gave them a boost to their confidence.Plus the return of Robin Van Persie just puts the icing on the cake. Went out with denise to watch the golden compass on tuesday and ate carl's jr. Just a note to all those who have not ate it: everything in terms of food there is huge. Even the drinks. Oh well, cannot wait till sunday.

Last week was one of the worst weeks of my life.Renee didn't win antm which i didn't really care at first until i realise it was the warning.Then erik was ousted from survivor.Next valencia draw.And the worst part is, Arsenal's unbeaten run in the premier league came to an end by middlesbrough.I was extremely depressed and angry after the final whistle was blown that i tore newspapers that had the name boro in it.The only consolation perhaps is barcelona caming from behind to win.How i wish that could happen to Arsenal.And today, not just did newspapers write about players going to leave Arsenal,i lost my ear stud and sticks so bascially there is nothing sticking in one of my ear right now.Seriously have no mood to do anything except perhaps to vent my fustrations by blogging.Trying to stay optismitic and i know Arsenal will bounce back.

Depressed as erik is voted out of survivor.Really hate denise's decision as she should have flip and this could have save erik.And amanda should have tried to vote out todd this week instead of the next.Now i want either peih-gee or amanda to win the title of sole survivor.Hope Arsenal will win their next match to lift my sprits up.

Omg Arsenal draw with newcastle today morning and i cannot believe it. Not that i expected Arsenal to always win or something but decisions made by the refree not to award the free kick and instead waved play on twice might actually result into a potential winning goal.And i just realise that if liverpool win their game in hand, they will have the same points as manchester united.Its like oma.Okay back to daily life.Went swimming with charmian on monday.Really love it a lot as hardly will i find people willing to swim.Work with denise on tuesday.My legs were so tired after walking for approximately 6 hours that i hope i will never have to do it again if possible.Wednesday was a day to relax as I watched enchanted with charmian at vivo.The movie was really nice and more importantly, funny.

Back from another vaca. Again. However this time, it was more enjoyable and not much to complain about. In fact, i don't think there was any. Except there was nothing much to buy.
Day 1: Took tiger airways to krabi. It was a night flight so by the time we reach the resort, it was already 10 plus local time.The resort was really beautiful.Not to mention they have cable tv where i will be able to watch football matches.
Day 2: Went out to tour around the area. Also went to the travel agency located in the resort for activities for the next three days.Oh,and it was the loy krathong festival as we set adrift traditional banana leaf floats in the river.
Day 3: Woke up early and went to james bond island. Took a long tail boat to the area. Later, we went canoeing. It was really fun. Next up, we proceed to the some elephant area and took the elephant ride. The best part was when the elephant was going down the slope and you could feel like falling off it.
Day 4: Sat a speed boat to phi phi island. It was really windy considering the speed it was driving. Went snorkelling in an open sea. It was really fun as i have never done it before. Bascially this day is all about swimming, snorkelling and sun tanning. Btw, the sand was really soft and the sea water was really clear and salty.
Day 5: Have a heavy breakfast as there is a lot of walking to do. Went to the hot springs before walking for another 1.4km through some forest to another swimming area. It was a really good excersise.
Day 6: Went to swim in the morning. The water was really cold so we left after an hour. While adults decided to go to the pearl factory, i opted to stay in the resort. Left for the airport at about 7pm local time. It was at the airport that we realise that our plane was delayed. At first, it was only delayed for 2 and the half hours. But later, it was delayed even longer. So bascially we stayed in the airport unsure what time the plane would arrive exactly. Couldn't sleep despite it was 1am singapore time. So sat there talking. After roughly 6 hours at the airport, the plane arrive and flew back to singapore reaching around 4 plus.Somehow i wish the plane was delayed longer so that i could claim the air ticket price. Although the plane was delayed, i didn't felt that it spoiled my holiday. Okay i cut out a lot of parts to make this post shorter.

Back to short posts.Well not really that shoer.On sunday 2 weeks ago, painters came to paint my house.It was really stinky for the next few days.
Saturday has finally arrive as i watch crucial euro 2008 qualifiers. Although france, czech republic, spain and netherlands all qualified, i still felt sad for scotland as they didn't deserve to lose despite this leading france to qualification. The refree should never have given the free kick to italy as it was a foul on scotland.Of course this lead to the winning goal in the 90th minute.It was realy cruel to scotland.
Went to plaza singapura with adeline, cindy, charmian and jocelyn on monday to watch bratz. And i ate subway again.Btw i'm so happy erik's still in for survivor. Sorry denise but many people are switching to supporting frosti right now which i don't understand why.

Came back from vaca on monday morning.As I haven been using the com for 5 days, could only fine the time to post now.

Day 1: Woke up at three in the morning as we have to reach the airport at 6. I was so tired considering the fact that i couldn't sleep the previous night.And the worst part is, i saw liverpool breaking arsenal's record after merely holding it for 2 weeks. The flight was scheduled to take off at eight.However, due to technical problems, it was delayed till 9. Imagine waiting in the stuffy plane for one hour with nothing to do.It could drive you nuts. But luckily, i brought my arsenal magazine to read. Reach hong kong at 1 as we began to tour the place. At night, we took a boat to an island to eat seafood.As i hated them, i didn't really ate that much. Reach the hotel at night and i was shocked. It was the most pathetic hotel i have seen and live in my whole entire life.

Day 2: Went to eat tim sum for breakfast. It was delicious and i ate a lot. Then, we went to visit madame tussands where there were wax figurines of famous people and those who came to hong kong.They look really real and i took some pictures. In the evening, we went to avenue of stars where we see the handprints of hong kong actors. Didn't know who they were so to me, it was qite boring. As our bus bring us back to the hotel, i saw posters of huan huan and decide to ask people where to buy it on day 4. When shopping at night. Most of the shops sell winter clothing so couldn't really buy that much. When we came back to the hotel, we were so tired and wanted to bath. However, there was no hot water. I was like wth.Pathetic place and it takes forever for them to fix it.

Day 3: The day i look forward too as we proceed to disneyland.It was quite nice but those who went to the one in the us will will think it is not that great. My favourite ride was the winnie the pooh where we sit in a really cute honey pot. Also, there was only one scary ride which is the indoor roller coaster. Things there were nice but expensive so could only bought some souveniors. Before disneyland closes, there was fireworks and it was really beautiful.

Day 4: It was free and easy as we went to the peninsula hotel to eat lunch. Seriously, 5 star hotel means 5 star. There is even people serving you in the restroom and they could not leave unless you do. Later, went to search for huan huan. Everybody seems to not know where it was as we search for hours. We almost gave up until finally, we saw the sign. For those who were wondering what huan huan is, it is actually the olympics souvenior.Went to the famous yong kee resturant for dinner.

Day 5: Another free and easy day.As we are taking the night flight, there was still time for shopping. Ate macdonalds as they sell burgers which singapore doesn't. Reach the airport at six in the evening and arrive in singapore around midnight.
On the plane, i watch license to wed. It was really funny but people like miss denise who is not "tampines people" may find it okay.

The trip was fun except the accomodation. Also, you really eat a lot as there are many shops that sell street snacks and you want to try them all. Not to mention their tradition of eating desert after dinner. Think i gain 2kg or something.Oh and the actor who act as batman came to hong kong to film.But i didn't meet him.Okay this post will definitely meet adeline's expectations.

Relieved and happy as Arsenal draw with manchester united to go top of the barclays premier league.Once again, Fabregas scored.He's so in form at the moment that I really hope its his year to win the pfa awards.But its only november though. Equalling in injury time is really something special as Adeline and I were messaging each other about this joyous event.Something to be sad about will be not being able to watch slavia prague aganist arsenal.But on the other hand, henry has recovered. Next post will be in the following week as will be away on vacation. Btw, i just realised that i had watch the final episode of phil of the future.And all this while i was hoping there was a repeat or something. Okay this post looks really long.

Omg i'm posting again. Its like the last post was only two or three days ago. Felt really happy for arsenal as they equalled and broke some records when they beat slavia prague 7-0. But will have to focus on the next game as it is aganist potential title winners liverpool.Last day of school as we did spring cleaning. Okay bascially i didn't really helped out that much and feeling kind of guilty.As i constanly remind myself not to be a typical housewife in the future if possible.School holidays have arrive. Looking for a job to earn some money. But first, I'm going to complete my homework asap. Feeling really lazy to do any of them. Okay this post is longer than the others so hopefully, people reading it will not complain it being too short.

Very busy lately so sorry for not posting.But i can gurantee you my next post will be on 4th october. So happy for arsenal yesterday. Well almost everyday actually. But hate it when i have to mention that end of year exams are coming. Wondering how people can study prolong when there are so many distractions. Have to master that skill soon or prepare to see me flop the whole examination.Oh well back to watching the television.

Yesterday was the best and happiest day of my life.It all started by going to raffles place for my dental appointment where i change my braces colour to white.Then went for classes in the afternoon. The best part was in the evening, I went to the national stadium to watch football matches. At first, I thought I was going to be late but luckily, the taxi driver took the short cut and I arrive punctually. The match where singapore vs australia was fantastic. Although singapore lost, i really enjoyed myself. Not to mention after waiting for 5 years since i first watch football, I finally saw footballers that play for epl clubs. And it was not just one but a few. I was really happy as one of my childhood dreams was to see any professional footballer playing for clubs that i know. The only regret I have was harry kewell and brett emerton were playing in positions quite near to me but i forget to take pictures. I was thinking how stupid can i be. But i was sitting in the front few rows so at least i can see their faces?

This week was great so far in terms of events happening and not because school reopen.Two things i don't like about school reopening is that we have to wake up early and study for exams.Oh well on monday, arsenal.com revealed who the fans voted as player of the season.I was like so curious to know who was it and when i realise that it was fabregas, i scream.haha. Also, i made an agreement with jocelyn. Since she wanted to watch her wwe match so much and i wanted to watch football, we decided that we will accompany each other to watch the matches. So we went to hougang mall to buy tickets today and guess what, the sistic server was down and they ask us to go to either bishan or ps to book. Without much of a choice, we went to ps. It was like i cannot believe i am actually going there on a school day. But at the end of the day, the most important thing is that there were seats left and we managed to purchase our tickets.

Henry is leaving arsenal and i would like to wish him the best of luck at barcelona.Maybe i would be a barca fan? Although disappointed at first, he personally requested to come to emirates stadium to do an interview just to explain his reasons and thank the fans. It is something not every footballer does and i am really happy about it.

Today is the worst day of my life.Agreement has been reached with barcelona for the transfer of thierry henry.Its like i'm so disappointed and sad when i saw this.I thought he was going to remain a gunner for the rest of his career.Guess i was wrong.I still remember when i came back from camp and read in the newpaper that ronaldihno and henry may not be teammates next season, the reation i had was like crazy, if i could use that word.But knowing what happen now, guess that reaction was a bit too early.Hopefully, some miracle will happen and he will stay at arsenal for the next season? Hopefully.

Long time since i last posted.Holidays are here and there are alot of homework that haven been done.All i do everyday is eat and sleep.Getter fatter and fatter each day.Watch the euro 2008 qualifiers and i am so happy because all the countries i supported are in the top 2,except netherlands.But the fact that netherlands have a game in hand,should they win,they will be in the top 2.Also,uefa under 21 championship is coming.Hope the matches are shown on tv.Okay going out to watch pirates of the carribean later.Hope it will be nice.

Yesterday was one of the happiest day of my life as i met a footballer(:Okay it maybe a singapore footballer but it was my first time meeting one so it meant a lot to me.It was like sometimes i ask myself, if i cannot even meet a singapore footballer, how can i ever meet any arsenal players? Have to really thank ms tan for choosing me to go to the young leader's day (: Went to compass point today and bought another shorts again.But i seriously love shorts so no choice.At least it is a different colour? Bon voyage for those people going to china!

Today was so crap!Well but if you include the trip to the science centre it would be okay.Not that it was really interesting but the fact that we get to go out of school and enjoy the fresh air.As usual, i slept in the omni theatre as the chair was so comfortable.Not to mention the theatre was air-conditioned.After the trip to science centre, charmian, adeline, jocelyn and I went to macdonalds to eat.Simply getting fatter and fatter each day ): Had spa and amazing race briefing later before heading to our destination for the 2.4km run.Okay this is where my day was ruined.Firstly, we waited for nearly 45min and no teacher arrived.So jac decided to call the school.At first, they say they were going to send someone over but in the end, they canceled the run.I was like wth.I waited for nearly an hour and it was all for nothing? I could have spend this time using the computer.Arrgh.Okay there is amazing race tomorrow for the lower secondary but our class is helping out in the event.Bringing chocolates incase i get hungry (:
